Warranty Policy

Every unit sold by Hybrid One carries a written warranty from the date of invoice.

Warranty periods

• Gearboxes and transmissions: 6 months to 1 year depending on the unit
• Hybrid battery packs: 1 year
• Hybrid electronics (inverters, converters, ECUs): 6 months
• The exact period for your unit is printed on the invoice

What is covered

• Internal mechanical failure under normal use
• Electrical failure of tested components inside the unit

What is not covered

• Incorrect installation, or fitting by an unapproved workshop
• Damage caused by overheating, low or contaminated fluid, or electrical faults elsewhere in the vehicle
• Accident damage, water damage or tampering
• Units where the serial or unit code sticker has been removed

Making a claim

Contact us on WhatsApp with your invoice number and the unit code. We will inspect the unit at our workshop. Where a claim is valid we will repair, replace or refund at our discretion.

Labour is covered only when the unit was originally fitted by us.
